  • Can I cancel my order?

- We aim to process orders quickly, so if you wish to cancel, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.

- If your order hasn’t yet been packed or shipped, we’ll do our best to cancel it and issue a full refund.

- Kindly email help@wearollo.co.uk with your order number, and allow up to 72 hours for a response.

- Please note: While we’ll make every effort, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once your order is in preparation for dispatch.

Returns & Refunds

  • What Is Our Refund & Returns Policy?

- Yes, we offer full and partial refunds.

  • When Can I Request a Refund After Making a Purchase?

- Returns are accepted; however, customers are responsible for return shipping.

- A £5 handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Full return information is available here.

  • How Much of My Order Is Refundable?

- In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligible for a full refund.

- In the case when the packaging has been opened and the product has been used, but the original tags have not been removed. You are eligible for a partial refund.

- If an item has been damaged or the original tags have been removed, unfortunately, we won’t be able to process a refund.

- To ensure eligibility for a return, please make sure all products are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags still attached.
